Grass Roots


Ronnie and Lucille were born and bred in South Africa. They lived on the South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal and enjoyed the beautiful tropical climate. Ronnie was in the South African Police Force and attained the position of Branch Commander at the Margate Detective Branch prior to leaving the force. Lucille enjoyed the corporate industry and achieved many awards and goals. Together with their two children they immigrated to the beautiful New Zealand where they lived in Auckland for the first four years and then happily relocated to Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty! This area reminds them of the beautiful area from which they came from in South Africa.


Time Changes All


Ronnie and Lucille have three beautiful grandchildren and they are the love of their lives. Their eyes sparkle from excitement even talking about them. With a life built on strong family bonds, taking time out to play with their “angels” they have found their utopia.


But for Ronnie and Lucille one thing remains constant, their energy and enthusiasm towards life shines through. They remain focused and fully committed to their sellers and buyers that they work with. A passion for property

Ronnie joined the sales industry when arriving in New Zealand which was a first for him! He found that he had a passion for Real Estate and thoroughly enjoyed it. On relocating to Tauranga, Ronnie took up the challenge of the real estate industry and hasn’t looked back since.
As Rookie of the Year in his 1st year of Real Estate this set a firm basis for his future in the industry. Every year subsequently he has attained Diamond Sales Achiever (top 5% of First National Real Estate Salespeople). Yes, successfully working with buyers and sellers is the normal standard for Ronnie.
Lucille saw how much fun Ronnie was having in this awesome Real Estate industry and joined Ronnie midway through 2016. Together they share the passion of working with people and helping them own their dream home.

  • No Recommended Retail. You might have noticed how some sales seem high and others low. That’s because real estate has no set recommended retail price. Armed with the right information, advice and assistance, any property seller can maximize their sale price by following a proven formula.
  • List-to-sell-time. In every area there is an average time from when a property first hits the market and when it sells. Going outside this time will normally reduce the selling price because the property turns ‘stale’ and buyers wonder what’s wrong with it
