I recently had Ronnie acting as the real estate agent for two properties that I was selling, and honestly, he was a LEGEND!

I was selling from a distance so needed a very trustworthy and proactive agent, and Ronnie was all of that….and more! Both properties sold well – at the prices expected, and within the timeframe wanted, and that was not an easy feat!

By ‘more’ I mean I absolutely would have been in trouble without Ronnie because other agents would not have taken on all that Ronnie did on my behalf. He chased down builders, tradesmen, inspections and engineers for work that arose out of the builder’s report. This was all done under pressure of time and was critical to settlement. Ronnie took it as his personal mission to make sure settlement happened on time and he left no stone unturned, despite challenges that arose.
